3. Program Rules

- You agree to use the product as instructed and to submit honest feedback (including a review and, where requested, photos) within the specified period (e.g., within 2 weeks of receipt).
- You may keep the product at no charge after completing the required feedback.
- You may not sell, transfer, or commercially exploit the product before completing the program requirements.
- We reserve the right to use your feedback, reviews, and photos (including in anonymized or aggregated form) for research, marketing, or reporting.
4. No Purchase Required
Participation in our testing programs is free. There are no fees, and no purchase is required. We do not ask for payment card details for program participation.
5. Disclaimer
This site and our programs are operated by an independent market research panel. We are not affiliated with Nespresso®, Nestlé, or any brand whose products may be featured. Products are provided for testing and feedback purposes. We do not guarantee selection, delivery timelines, or product availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of any product provided to you under the program.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the current version. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
